Ability Beyond is hiring an Assistant Residential Program Manager to oversee various residential programs in the Greater Danbury Area. This role focuses on providing guidance to staff, assisting residents with daily activities, and ensuring high-quality care in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of full-time related experience or 2 years of college with 1 year of related experience.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a registered, insured vehicle.
• Ability to complete required certifications within designated timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Ensure a safe and respectful environment for individuals.
• Assist with daily living activities such as personal care.
• Train and mentor Direct Care Professionals.
• Promote community engagement through various opportunities.
