Job summary

TCS Care for All of TCS Mobility seeks a Program Director to lead the residential youth home for girls in Blythewood, South Carolina. This full‑time onsite role emphasizes compassionate leadership and program development.

You will supervise staff, ensure regulatory compliance, manage the program budget, and build partnerships with case management, schools, and families to deliver trauma‑informed care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field required.
• Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in child welfare or similar youth services setting.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staff, supervise and evaluate program staff (Residential Supervisors, Care Coordinators, Care Workers).
• Ensure regulatory compliance and licensing readiness.
• Develop and review ISPs with case management for each resident.
• Manage program budget and resources; coordinate procurement.
