Job summary

Young Moms Together seeks a Director of Client Care to lead our housing programs for pregnant and parenting youth in South Carolina. You will oversee day-to-day operations, safety, and quality across sites, supervise up to ten direct-care staff, and manage budgets, policies, and compliance with licensing requirements.

You will coordinate with DSS, partners, and cross-team staff to deliver family-centered, trauma-informed, culturally responsive services and ensure seamless, coordinated support

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work or a related field; LMSW strongly preferred.
• At least nine years of full-time housing-program experience for youth.
• Four years in supervisory/leadership roles in licensed housing for youth.
• Knowledge of SC DSS licensing standards and regulatory landscape.

Responsibilities

• Leads stable housing programming under the strategic plan across sites and models.
• Oversees day-to-day operations, safety, and quality of all housing sites.
• Translates strategic goals into operational plans, staffing, and budgets.
• Advances shift toward coordinated, youth-centered housing ecosystems.
• Manages program standards, policies, and cross-site compliance.
• Monitors KPIs, reports progress, and coordinates with leadership.
• Represents YMT in DSS partnerships and licensing activities.
