Job summary

NFI North, Inc. is seeking a Program Director to oversee a five-bed Residential Treatment Program in Newport, New Hampshire, providing supported housing services and guidance across the organization’s continuum of care.

The role focuses on high-quality clinical and administrative operations for adults with mental health needs. The successful candidate will lead a multi-disciplinary team, ensure regulatory compliance, manage payroll and budgeting, and participate in strategic planning to support

Qualifications

• Preferred Master’s Degree in social work or counseling and a minimum of four years related service and management experience plus experience with participant population.
• Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years management experience plus experience working with participant population.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Agency’s program operations and help shape practice and policy across the organization.
• Develop a management and staff team to assist in programmatic operations, clinical services, payroll, licensing and Joint Commission requirements.
• Coordinate with State funding personnel and manage fiscal responsibilities, record keeping, and personnel development.
• Oversee training, supervision of staff, and rotating on-call duties; may require some evening hours.

Education
