Job summary

NFI North, Inc. seeks a Direct Care Supervisor for our 16-bed adult program in Concord, NH. The role oversees daily participant activities, supports staff, and ensures safety and quality of care within a residential treatment setting.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or higher; two years related experience or training, or equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Human Services or related field

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily activities of participants and provide ongoing support and role modeling
• Supervise Direct Care Counselors and assist the Assistant Program Director in program operations
• Responsible for medication administration and ensuring participant safety; participate in on-call rotation
