Job summary

NFI North is seeking a Program Director for the Beacon House residential program in Buxton, Maine. You will oversee daily operations, lead a ~25-member staff providing treatment and educational services, and ensure alignment with DOE-licensed schooling within a highly staff-intensive setting.

The role requires a master’s degree in social work or human services with supervisory experience, or a bachelor’s degree with substantial supervisory experience, and active participation in agency

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work or human services with 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with 5–7 years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the residential program.
• Lead a staff team of ~25 providing treatment and educational services.
• Manage budget oversight, payroll, scheduling, and on‑call duties.
• Facilitate management and staff meetings.
• Support the program as an integral part of the agency leadership team.
