Developmental Services, Inc. (DSI) is a nonprofit dedicated to supporting individuals with disabilities. As a Residential Program Coordinator, you will coordinate care plans, monitor services, and help ensure smooth operations for people in our care.

You will supervise Team Managers and communicate with families and providers to maintain consistency and quality of care. This role includes an on-call rotation outside regular hours to address urgent needs.

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities (IDD/DD).
• Bachelor's degree in human services or equivalent experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

As a Residential Program Coordinator, you help make sure individuals receive the right care, services, and support to live full lives. You work closely with Team Managers, staff, families, and providers to keep services running smoothly. This role also serves as an on‑call support position, helping respond to needs as they arise outside of regular business hours.

What You’ll Do:

As a Residential Program Coordinator, your days will be full of connection, purpose, and impact:

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities (IDD/DD), with an understanding of the value of coordinated, person‑centered care
• Confidence supervising others while managing multiple services, schedules, and priorities
• A calm, organized, and dependable approach, especially during urgent or after‑hours situations
• A bachelor’s degree in a human services field preferred (but not required), or equivalent experience, plus a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
