Fshbhm is seeking a dedicated program assistant to support clients in residential recovery programs. You will provide transportation, supervise medication protocols, and conduct ongoing alcohol and drug testing while reinforcing program policies during group and individual interactions.

You will handle intake, transition, and support for clients in medium and low intensity settings, document all interactions for the team, participate in staff discussions, and cover weekend night shifts (Saturday

Qualificações

• Must work well in a team within a recovery-focused program.
• Ability to document information clearly and accurately.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development.
• Valid Alabama driver's license is required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide transportation for clients.
• Supervise medication protocols and policy.
• Conduct ongoing alcohol/drug testing of clients.
• Implement and reinforce program policies during interactions with clients.
• Assist with intake, transition, and support for clients in medium and low intensity residential programs.
• Document all interactions and services for team leaders and staff.
• Participate in staff discussions relevant to client care.
• Breakfast preparation, serving, and cleanup.
• Fire/life/safety room checks during 11pm–7am shift.
• Substitute for other program assistant shifts when needed.
• Serve as liaison with Case Management Supervisor regarding medication issues and perform follow-up tasks.
• Schedule: Saturday and Sunday 9pm–9am.
