Job summary

Caminar, Inc. is seeking a day shift Facility Assistant to support Recovery Residence housing for adults with substance use disorders.

Under supervision, you will help maintain a safe, clean environment and assist clients in daily activities within a wellness and recovery model. Duties include supervising client duties, coordinating meals, transporting to appointments, documenting in Credible EHR, and assisting with vehicle safety and records.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required (may be waived for special consideration).
• Background checks and licensing requirements may apply.
• Experience in substance use or behavioral health field preferred.
• Commitment to confidentiality and professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and order of Recovery Residence facilities.
• Assist clients with meals and daily activities.
• Provide transportation to outside appointments as needed.
• Document medications, intake forms and drug screenings in Credible EHR.
• Oversee mentors and ensure safety and routine compliance.
• Support daily operations and safety of Recovery Residence vehicles.
