Aletheia House in Jasper, AL seeks a part-time residential supervisor for the night shift to oversee client activities, document actions, and ensure program rules are followed.

You will supervise meals and recreational activities, assist with medications, conduct room inspections as needed, and transport participants to meetings or store runs. A valid driver's license, High School diploma or GED, and MAC certification are required.

• Must be able to become MAC certified.
• Valid driver license and good driving record required.

• Enforce program rules in a fair and consistent manner.
• Document activities for clients and maintain records as directed.
• Document and assist clients with medications to ensure proper usage.
• Transport program participants to NA/AA meetings, store runs, and other activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the nursing coordinator.

Primary Responsibilities

• -Provide appropriate supervision of residential clients, including supervision of work assignments, meal preparation, and recreational activities
• - Responsible for completing room inspections for compliance checks
• -Enforce program rules in a fair and constant manner
• - Properly document activities on clients and maintain other records as directed
• - Document and assist clients with medications to ensure proper usage
• -Transport program participants to NA/AA meetings, store runs, and other recreational activities
• -Perform other duties as assigned by the nursing coordinator

Requirements

• -High School Diploma or G.E.D. for Part time positions
• - Must be able to become MAC certified
• -Valid driver license and good driving record, required

Travel Requirements:

• -If travel is required , must be willing to use and have your own personal transportation.
• -Mileage reimbursement for personal use of vehicle is included

Work Schedule: Every Other Weekend; 9:30 pm-7:00 am
