Job summary

North Central Mental Health Services, Inc. seeks a full-time residential program assistant to support the Residential Program Director and on-site staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Must be attentive to detail, compassionate and able to communicate with others effectively.
• This position will impose occasional physical demands; must be able to sit, stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds.
• Valid Ohio driver’s license with a good driving record (less than 4 points); company vehicle provided for rounds)

Full-time residential group home program assistant position reporting to the Residential Program Director. Position is non-exempt, $25 hourly working 2nd shift from 3:00 p.m.-12:00 a.m.

KEY FUNCTIONS:

• Will provide assistance to the Residential Program Director and residential staff as directed;
• Company vehicle provided for shift site visits to 7 locations located with Columbus; and
• Collecting and monitoring documentation related to staff requests, safety and deficiencies, inventory and purchasing requests to assist with standard compliance related to City, State and national accreditation standards. Company vehicle provided for required rounds during working hours.

Qualifications:
