Job summary

North Community Counseling Centers, inc. is seeking a Residential Program Coordinator to oversee day-to-day residential services. You will supervise staff, support residents, and ensure safety and quality standards across facilities.

The role requires a degree in Human Services, residential experience, and strong documentation skills. Ohio driver’s license and background checks are required. Overtime is possible and a different shift schedule may apply.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Service field preferred.
• Minimum of one year experience in residential settings.
• Technical skills for electronic communications and electronic records, required.
• Must have a valid Ohio driver's license.
• Experience working with mental health clients preferred.
• Able to pass a background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Assist with facilitating referral and intake process for new residents.
• Maintain daily operations of the residential care facility.
• Provide supervision to direct support professionals and shift leads.
• Plan and implement recreational activities for clients.
• Ensure staff coverage for all houses and shifts 24/7.
• Monitor health and safety drills and medication records.
