The Residential & Post-Construction Cleaner is responsible for providing high-quality cleaning services while maintaining Crowned Cleaners’ standards for detail, efficiency, and professionalism. This position includes residential cleaning as well as detailed post-construction cleaning of newly built or renovated properties. Responsibilities include cleaning and sanitizing kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, bedrooms, and other interior spaces; dusting and wiping surfaces; vacuuming and mopping floors; cleaning windows and glass; removing construction dust and debris; and completing detailed final-cleaning tasks. Cleaners are expected to follow company cleaning procedures and checklists, properly use cleaning products and equipment, communicate with team members, and ensure assigned areas are thoroughly completed before leaving a job site. This position requires the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team while consistently delivering quality work.
