Georgia Cleaning Pros is seeking dependable Construction Cleaners for an active data center construction project. The role involves maintaining clean, safe, debris-free work areas across construction and turnover phases.

Candidates should be able to pass background checks and fit into a fast-paced team environment. Responsibilities include cleaning across all phases, including floors, walls, fixtures and equipment, while following strict safety and site-procedure guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Perform rough, progressive, final and turnover cleaning.
• Sweep, vacuum, mop and remove dust from floors and other surfaces.
• Clean walls, doors, windows, fixtures and installed equipment.
• Remove construction debris, packaging and approved waste materials.
• Maintain dust- and contaminant-controlled areas.
• Perform detailed cleaning around sensitive electrical and mechanical systems.
• Follow approved cleaning procedures for server rooms, equipment rooms and other critical spaces.
• Clean breakrooms, offices, restrooms and common areas as assigned.
• Organize tools, materials and cleaning supplies.
• Complete assigned cleaning checklists and report completed work.
• Immediately report safety hazards, spills, damage or prohibited materials.
• Follow instructions from the cleaning foreman, site supervisor and project management.
• Work cooperatively with other cleaners, construction trades and site personnel

Georgia Cleaning Pros is hiring dependable and detail-oriented Construction Cleaners for an active data center construction project. This role involves maintaining clean, safe and debris-free work areas throughout the construction and final-turnover phases.

Responsibilities

• Perform rough, progressive, final and turnover cleaning
• Sweep, vacuum, mop and remove dust from floors and other surfaces
• Clean walls, doors, windows, fixtures and installed equipment
• Remove construction debris, packaging and approved waste materials
• Maintain dust- and contaminant-controlled areas
• Perform detailed cleaning around sensitive electrical and mechanical systems
• Follow approved cleaning procedures for server rooms, equipment rooms and other critical spaces

Requirements

• Construction or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Ability to meet project badging, security and access requirements
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and frequently bend, reach, climb stairs and perform repetitive tasks
• Willingness to work around dust, noise, changing temperatures and active construction operations
• OSHA training is a plus

Safety and Security Expectations

• Wear all required personal protective equipment, including a hard hat, safety glasses, high-visibility vest, gloves and work boots
• Follow all site safety, security, confidentiality and contamination-control requirements
• Use only approved chemicals, tools and cleaning methods
• Do not photograph, record or share information about the project
• Comply with all restrictions regarding cellphones and personal electronic devices
