Class A Cleaning is seeking an experienced Cleaning Team Leader to supervise residential and commercial post-construction cleaning crews. This hands-on leadership role requires someone who leads by example, stays organized, and maintains high standards of quality and professionalism in the field.

You will train and motivate the team, inspect work, meet clients, prepare estimates, schedule crews, and ensure safety and policy compliance while representing the company with integrity.
