Qualifications

• Prior cleaning experience preferred but not required — we will train the right person!
• Punctual, dependable, and able to work independently
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and be on your feet for extended periods
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for traveling to jobs — Asheboro, High Point, Greensboro & surrounding areas
• Smartphone with reliable cellular service and data capable of running required work apps
• Flexible availability — weekday shifts 8:00am–5:00pm, weekend shifts 10:00am–4:00pm

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning duties at residential homes, offices, and STR properties
• Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, sanitize surfaces, and clean bathrooms/kitchens, etc.
• Ensure areas are cleaned to company standards
• Restock supplies and report any maintenance issues or damages (STRs)
• Follow company procedures and safety guidelines
