Job summary

Shine Cleaning Solutions in Morgantown, WV is seeking a reliable post-construction cleaner for daytime shifts (8 AM–4 PM). You will handle cleaning duties on new construction sites and homes, including vacuuming, mopping, restroom cleaning, and carpet shampooing.

Ideal candidates have experience with cleaning equipment, a strong work ethic, good stamina, and attention to detail. Weekend off; occasional overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Driver’s license or reliable transportation to travel to sites.
• Experience with cleaning supplies and cleaning equipment.
• Excellent stamina and physical health.
• Hard worker with high attention to detail and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Vacuum carpets, mop floors, scrub restrooms, dust woodwork, and remove trash from jobsite.
• Clean windows, tubs, floors and kitchens of new construction homes and buildings.
• Sweep, vacuum and mop to remove drywall dust.
• Secure the building by locking doors once cleaning is complete.
• Write reports of areas cleaned and notify the site manager of major repairs.

We’re looking to hire a hard-working post-construction cleanerwho can learn to clean new construction buildings and homes. You’ll be responsible for all cleaning duties including vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing restrooms with soapy water, and shampooing carpets. The ideal candidate has a great work ethic, experience with cleaning equipment and supplies, and takes pride in a job well done. This is a daytime position. 8-4 with occasional overtime.
