Position Overview

NRI Staffing is seeking an experienced Residential Portfolio Manager to oversee a portfolio of 10–12 luxury, high-rise residential properties in Washington, DC. This role is responsible for full operational oversight, financial performance, tenant satisfaction, and team management across multiple buildings.

This is a high-impact role ideal for a property management professional with strong leadership skills, experience in luxury assets, and the ability to manage multiple sites in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across a portfolio of 10-12 luxury, high-rise residential properties
• Manage on-site property teams, including leasing, maintenance, and administrative staff
• Ensure properties are maintained to high standards consistent with luxury living environments
• Monitor property performance, occupancy, and resident satisfaction
• Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and expense control across the portfolio
• Utilize Yardi for property management, reporting, and financial tracking
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, company policies, and lease agreements
• Handle escalated resident issues and provide high-level customer service
• Coordinate capital improvements, renovations, and vendor relationships
• Conduct regular property inspections and performance reviews

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential property management experience, including portfolio oversight
• Experience managing luxury and high-rise residential properties required
• Strong proficiency with Yardi required
• Proven experience managing budgets, financials, and reporting
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities simultaneously
