Parks Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical is seeking an experienced Plumbing Service Technician in Indian Trail, NC. The role focuses on diagnosing plumbing issues, repairs, and educating customers on options and financing plans.

Qualifications

• Three (3)+ years of residential plumbing service experience.
• Knowledgeable of local plumbing codes and on-the-job applications.
• Proven track record in soldering, fixture installation, leak detection and repair.
• Continued education and training.
• Clean, safe driving record.
• Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communications.
• High integrity with advanced social skills and ability to connect.
• Desire to improve as a technician over time.

Responsibilities

• Understand plumbing systems to troubleshoot and diagnose issues.
• Go through crawlspaces and attics when necessary.
• Educate customers and present detailed option sheets for products and services.
• Assist customers with financing options and maintenance plans.
• Make repairs and test functionality and leaks.
• Adhere to service criteria and exceed revenue goals.
• Present professionally to win referrals and repeat business.
• Collaborate with customer service and dispatch for success.
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and truck inventory.
• Participate in training, meetings and retreats.
• Train and mentor apprentices for accurate repairs and installs.
• Be accurate and timely with invoices, timecards and feedback.
