Job summary

Air Comfort Solutions OKC is seeking a Plumbing Technician to handle service, maintenance, inspection, and repair of residential plumbing systems. You will diagnose issues, communicate options, and complete installations with accuracy and safety in mind.

The role requires 3+ years of residential plumbing experience, a JM License, a clean driving record, and proficient English. Benefits include medical and 401(k). Work hours are typically 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with diagnostic troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of residential plumbing and water heaters.
• JM License (required).
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to present repair vs. replacement options to customers.
• Knowledge of drain machines, camera, and locator equipment.
• Knowledgeable and skilled in safe use and maintenance of required tools.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Execute troubleshooting to identify root causes of plumbing issues.
• Perform timely and accurate repairs to resolve plumbing and drain issues.
• Explain to customers what service is performed and provide prices for approval.
• Establish customer rapport to recommend appropriate products and services.
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, equipment, and fixtures.
• Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations.
• Educate customers on finance options and maintenance plans.
• Maintain a professional appearance and accurate records of services.
