Job summary

Air Comfort Solutions Tulsa is seeking a Plumbing Technician who combines plumbing expertise with sales to deliver value-driven solutions that improve customers' comfort and energy efficiency. You'll diagnose and repair systems, present upgrades, and close opportunities while building lasting relationships.

This role requires 3+ years plumbing service experience, a clean driving record, and the ability to work a variable schedule including weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 3+ years of plumbing service experience.
• 1+ years of proven success in selling direct to homeowners via in-home presentation.
• Journeyman license (preferred).
• Strong sales, customer service, and closing skills.
• Exceptional communication/interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures, and appliances.
• Ensure all work complies with industry standards and company protocols.
• Engage customers in meaningful conversations about their plumbing systems, educating them on potential improvements, upgrades, or repairs.
• Identify and present plumbing products and service recommendations based on customer needs and system analysis. Close sales for system upgrades, new equipment installations, and preventative maintenance plans.
• Establish rapport and trust with customers by offering tailored solutions and providing clear, honest advice.
• Generate new business opportunities through referrals, follow-ups, and actively seeking opportunities while on the job.
• Work closely with dispatch and sales teams to ensure timely scheduling and follow-up on leads or opportunities.
• Meet and exceed personal sales goals while maintaining high standards of technical service.
