Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License required.
• HVAC Certification/EPA certification.
• 1+ years HVAC experience.
• Clean driving record.

• Basic mechanical aptitude.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to use various hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled maintenance, repair, and installation of HVAC equipment and related systems.
• Maintain flexible schedule based on business needs.
• Address customer concerns promptly and accurately.
• Operate company vehicles in compliance with laws and maintain cleanliness.
• Follow safety instructions and maintain equipment safely.
• Use hand and power tools, meters, and diagnostic equipment.
• Present repair and replacement options to homeowners.
• Document diagnostics and repairs on invoices via company iPad.
• Maintain HVAC systems to prevent breakdowns and ensure comfort.
• Communicate options for maintenance, repairs, and replacements to clients.
• Maintain professional communication with customers, team, and vendors.
