Cali Vibes Plumbing is seeking a Plumbing Service Technician to diagnose, repair and install residential plumbing systems while delivering exceptional customer service. You will represent the Cali Vibes Plumbing brand in customers' homes and help create an experience that homeowners will recommend to family and friends.

Daily responsibilities include diagnosing issues, performing repairs and installations, and educating homeowners on their plumbing system with clear, pressure-free options.

Qualifications

• residential service plumbing experience is required or preferred
• able to diagnose plumbing issues confidently
• communicate professionally with homeowners
• be punctual and reliable
• maintain a clean appearance and professional demeanor
• willingness to learn and grow with the company

Responsibilities

• Diagnose residential plumbing issues accurately
• Perform plumbing repairs, replacements and installations
• Troubleshoot drain, sewer, water, and gas systems
• Explain findings and repair options clearly, honestly, and without pressure
• Provide outstanding customer service from arrival to completion
• Complete digital invoices, estimates, photos and job notes
