Job summary

Lee Company is seeking a service technician to diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues in homes across Tennessee. You will handle faucets, drains, water heaters (tank-type and tankless), and related systems, performing replacements as needed and communicating clearly with customers.

Our team works both inside and outside customers’ homes. You will use drain machines when required and collaborate with a supportive team that values safety and quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 3–5 years experience in plumbing install and/or service preferred.
• Knowledge of tankless water heaters is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose residential plumbing issues from faucets to drains and water heaters.
• Perform repairs and replacements of plumbing components as needed.
• Work inside and outside customers' homes with clear communication.
• Be familiar with using drain machines to clear stoppages.

Job description

Summary of Job

Applicant will need to be able to diagnose residential plumbing issues/problems, which will include anything from faucets to drain clogs or conventional style water heaters and tank-less style as well. The technician must be able to do repairs as well as replacements of anything that has to do with the plumbing in any given resident. Technician should also be familiar with working any type/size drain machine to attempt to clean/clear any sized drain stoppage. Our service techs work inside and outside of our customer’s homes and are always in direct communication and contact with them.

Education and Experience

High school diploma or equivalent GED certificate preferred 3-5 years of experience preferred in a combination of plumbing install and/or service Knowledge of tank-less water heaters is a plus Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
