Job summary

Bud Anderson | Cooling, Heating, Plumbing & Electrical in Lowell, AR seeks Plumbing Technicians to service, maintain, inspect and repair residential plumbing systems. You will install sinks, water heaters, toilets, fixtures, diagnose problems, and explain options to homeowners.

Applicants should have 3+ years in residential plumbing, strong customer service, a clean driving record, and a high school diploma; journeyman license is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in diagnostic troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of residential plumbing, water heaters, tankless, and filtration.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Journeyman license (preferred).
• Ability to explain repair vs. replacement options to customers.
• Knowledge of drain machines, camera, and locator equipment.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Clean driving record.
• Basic computer skills; ability to use an iPad to document work.
• Ability to speak, read, and write fluently in English.

Responsibilities

• Execute troubleshooting to identify root causes of plumbing issues.
• Perform timely and accurate repairs to resolve plumbing and drain issues.
• Explain services to customers and gain approval before work.
• Establish rapport to sell products and services that meet customer needs.
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, equipment, and fixtures.
• Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations.
• Educate customers on finance options and maintenance plans.
• Maintain a professional appearance and customer relations to generate referrals.
• Keep truck clean inside and out.
• Collaborate with Customer Service and Dispatch for business success.
• Document services with before/after pictures.
