HELP is seeking an experienced Plumbing Service Technician to diagnose and repair residential systems while educating homeowners on options to fit their home and budget. You’ll deliver exceptional workmanship, drive customer satisfaction, and participate in training to increase earning potential.

This field role covers residential job sites across Cincinnati and surrounding areas, with competitive base pay, commissions, and a benefits package including health, retirement, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential plumbing service experience with strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Proven ability to educate homeowners and present Good, Better, Best repair and replacement options.
• Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Identify additional service opportunities while maintaining a customer-first approach.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential plumbing systems and fixtures.
• Educate homeowners on the condition of their plumbing systems to ensure informed decisions.
• Present repair and replacement options that fit the home and budget.
• Identify opportunities for system improvements, upgrades, and preventative maintenance.
• Perform repairs in compliance with local plumbing codes and company standards.
• Complete accurate estimates, invoices, and service documentation using mobile technology.
• Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and professional appearance.
• Participate in ongoing training to improve skills and income potential.
