You will perform service calls and in-shop repairs, promote service agreements, and maintain equipment with a focus on safety and quality.

• Perform assigned service calls or in-shop repairs with professionalism and expertise.
• Accurately complete required warranty paperwork.
• Promote additional products, services, and service agreements to clients.
• Track time and inventory daily.
• Handle plumbing-related tasks when necessary.
• Maintain clear communication with team members.
• Properly care for company vehicle, tools, and equipment.
• Meet performance goals and adhere to company policies.
• Participate in ongoing training to advance your skills.
