Qualifications

• Alaska Journeyman Plumber License strongly preferred; strong residential service experience considered.
• Experience diagnosing plumbing, HVAC, heating, and mechanical systems.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills; ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Own residential service calls from diagnosis to completion.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing, heating, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Inspect systems and identify customer needs.
• Present repair and replacement options to homeowners.
• Complete work efficiently and to a high standard.
• Document completed work and photos in ServiceTitan.
• Collect payment when appropriate.
• Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle.
• Handle callbacks and minimize repeat issues.
• Pursue ongoing training and skill development.
