Mr. Rooter Plumbing (Trades Holding Company, LLC) seeks an experienced Plumbing Excavation Sales Professional to join our team in Mansfield, OH. You will diagnose drain and sewer issues with homeowners and present comprehensive repair options, including trenchless and full excavation replacements.

Ideal candidates have proven plumbing experience, strong sewer camera skills, and a track record in high-ticket in-home sales. Saturday availability is required as part of our service schedule.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on plumbing experience in interior and exterior applications.
• Proficient in operating sewer inspection cameras and interpreting line video footage for diagnostics and sales.
• Extensive background in high-ticket, in-home, or service-based sales.
• Must be available to work Saturdays.
• Outstanding communication and customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners and property owners to diagnose drainage, sewer, and plumbing issues and present options.
• Perform sewer video inspections to identify issues and explain underground line conditions to customers.
• Walk homeowners through maintenance, trenchless repair, or full excavation replacement using a structured sales system.
• Deliver exceptional service from initial evaluation to closing, ensuring customer satisfaction.
