Mr. Rooter Plumbing (Trades Holding Company, LLC) is seeking an experienced Plumbing Excavation Sales Professional to join our team. You will be the face of the company, communicating with homeowners, diagnosing drain and sewer issues, and offering comprehensive repair and replacement options.

The role requires hands-on plumbing experience, mandatory sewer camera proficiency, and a proven high-ticket sales background. Weekend availability is required to meet our service demand.

Competenze

• Must have hands-on plumbing experience in interior and exterior applications.
• Must be proficient with sewer inspection cameras and interpreting video footage for diagnostics and sales.
• Extensive background in high-ticket, in-home, or service-based sales.
• Must be available to work weekends.

• Meet with homeowners and property owners needing expert drainage, sewer, and plumbing solutions.
• Perform thorough technical evaluations using sewer camera inspections and explain conditions to customers.
• Walk homeowners through option-based maintenance, trenchless repair, or full excavation replacement.
• Provide a world-class service experience from initial evaluation to closing and follow-up.
