Job summary

Mr. Rooter Plumbing (Trades Holding Company, LLC) is seeking an experienced Plumbing Excavation Sales Professional to join our Ohio team in Perrysburg.

This role combines plumbing expertise with high-ticket, in-home sales to diagnose drainage issues and present option-based solutions. You will communicate directly with homeowners, guide them through excavations or trenchless options, and drive a full commission-based income while delivering world-class service and measurable customer

Qualifications

• Must have proven hands-on experience in interior and exterior plumbing applications.
• Must be proficient in operating sewer inspection cameras and interpreting footage for diagnostics and sales.
• Extensive background in high-ticket, in-home, or service-based sales.
• Must be available to work Saturdays.
• Outstanding communication skills and strong customer orientation.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners and property owners needing expert drainage and plumbing solutions.
• Perform diagnostics and investigations using sewer cameras and explain conditions to customers.
• Present option-based maintenance, trenchless repair, or full excavation replacement plans.
• Deliver a world-class service experience from evaluation to close.
