Mr. Rooter Plumbing (Trades Holding Company, LLC) is seeking an experienced Plumbing Excavation Sales Professional to join our Ohio team in Perrysburg.

This role combines plumbing expertise with high-ticket, in-home sales to diagnose drainage issues and present option-based solutions. You will communicate directly with homeowners, guide them through excavations or trenchless options, and drive a full commission-based income while delivering world-class service and measurable customer

Qualifications

• Must have proven hands-on experience in interior and exterior plumbing applications.
• Must be proficient in operating sewer inspection cameras and interpreting footage for diagnostics and sales.
• Extensive background in high-ticket, in-home, or service-based sales.
• Must be available to work Saturdays.
• Outstanding communication skills and strong customer orientation.

Responsibilities

About the Role

Mr. Rooter is seeking an experienced Plumbing Excavation Sales Professional to join our team. If you thrive in high-earning sales roles, know the ins and outs of residential and commercial plumbing systems, and love solving critical home problems for customers, this is the opportunity for you.

You will serve as the face of our company communicating directly with homeowners, diagnosing drain and sewer issues, and offering comprehensive repair and replacement options.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Communication: Meet with homeowners and property owners who need expert solutions for complex drainage, sewer, and plumbing system problems.
• Diagnostics & Inspections: Perform thorough technical evaluations, utilizing sewer video inspection cameras to accurately identify issues and explain underground line conditions to customers.
• Option-Based Selling: Walk homeowners step-by-step through clear options for maintenance, trenchless repair, or full excavation replacement using a structured sales system.
• Deliver World-Class Service: Provide an exceptional customer experience from initial evaluation to closing, ensuring complete customer satisfaction and confidence in our work.
