Job summary

Magnolia Plumbing, LLC is hiring a Residential Plumbing Service Apprentice to join our team in the Washington, DC area. You will learn under experienced plumbers, assisting with diagnostics, repairs, and installations on residential plumbing systems.

This role emphasizes hands-on training, safety, and customer service, with opportunities to advance into a Junior Technician position as skills grow.

Qualifications

• Desire to learn residential plumbing trade and develop technical skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team.
• Willingness to participate in training and apprenticeship development.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing materials and measurement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist experienced plumbers with diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairs on residential systems.
• Support with service calls for leaks, clogs, low water pressure, and related issues.
• Learn to install, repair, and replace faucets, toilets, sinks, showers, and water heaters.
• Help prep job sites by gathering tools, equipment, and materials and keeping areas safe.
