Job summary

Magnolia Plumbing, LLC in the DC metropolitan area is seeking experienced Plumbing Service Technicians to join our Residential Service Department. The ideal candidate will install, maintain, and repair residential plumbing systems while delivering exceptional customer service in customers’ homes.

We offer a $5,000 signing bonus for licensed technicians and competitive opportunities for unlicensed candidates.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential plumbing experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to, diagnose, and resolve residential plumbing emergencies.
• Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and plumbing fixtures.
• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on residential plumbing systems.
• Troubleshoot plumbing malfunctions, interruptions, and system failures.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each project.
• Ensure proper billing, invoicing, and daily documentation of activities.
• Adhere to all company safety standards and quality workmanship practices.
• Provide outstanding customer service and ensure complete customer satisfaction from start to finish.

The ideal candidate will be capable of performing a variety of standard to moderately complex plumbing tasks related to installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing residential plumbing systems. Candidates must possess strong technical abilities, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service while working in customers’ homes.

• State-issued Journeyman or Master Plumber license preferred.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license required.
