Job summary

Rentokil Pest Control North America is hiring Pest Control Technicians to perform residential pest management, inspections, treatments, and prevention advice.

You will work in homes, follow safety protocols, operate company vehicles, and strive to protect clients while complying with regulations. A high school diploma and a valid driver's license are required, with opportunities for training and benefits starting day one.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Licenses/certificates as required by regulations (covered by us).
• Open to learning and becoming knowledgeable in pest control.
• Available to work Monday–Friday and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of client properties to identify signs of pest infestations, damage, and entry points.
• Apply approved pest control products, including chemicals, baits, and traps, to eliminate pests while following safety standards.
• Educate customers on pest prevention methods and how to reduce future infestations.
• Build relationships with customers, schedule and confirm appointments, assist with sales to current customers, and expand products to new customers.
• Ensure pest control equipment is maintained, stocked, and in good working condition.
• Adhere to all regulations regarding pest control products and safety protocols.
