Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking a Pest Control Technician to perform residential pest management, inspections, and treatments for customers in our local service areas. You will identify pests, apply products, and advise customers on prevention while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication skills. A company vehicle is provided, and benefits start on day one of employment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Valid driver's license required
• Customer-facing experience preferred
• Strong reading, writing and verbal communication skills
• Basic math skills and ability to follow product label instructions

Responsibilities

• Perform residential pest management inspections and treatments
• Identify pest infestations, determine infestation type and apply approved products safely
• Educate customers on prevention and ongoing pest control methods
• Build relationships with customers, schedule and confirm appointments, and assist in sales
• Maintain and operate pest control equipment and company vehicle in a safe manner
• Adhere to all federal, state, and local regulations and safety protocols
