Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. is hiring Pest Control Technicians to provide residential pest management services. You will inspect properties, determine pest infestations, and apply treatments while explaining prevention methods to customers.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work in various settings. Training on safety standards and regulations is provided, with benefits starting on day one.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Licenses/certificates as required by regulations (covered by us).
• Willing to work Monday–Friday and weekends as needed.
• Strong reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of client properties to identify signs of pest infestations and entry points.
• Apply approved pest control products, including chemicals, baits, and traps, following safety standards.
• Educate customers on pest prevention methods and importance of a pest-free environment.
• Build relationships with customers, schedule and confirm appointments, and assist with sales where appropriate.
• Maintain pest control equipment, keep it stocked, and ensure it is in good working condition.
• Follow all local, state, and federal regulations regarding pest control products and safety protocols.
• Drive and operate a company-provided service vehicle safely.
