Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. is seeking Pest Control Technicians to perform residential pest management services, inspect properties, identify infestations, and apply treatments with safety in mind.

You will educate customers on pest prevention, maintain equipment, and follow local regulations. A valid driver’s license is required; comprehensive training is provided to ensure safety and effectiveness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Possess a valid driver's license from state of residence.
• Licenses/certificates as required by federal, state, and/or local regulations (covered by us).
• Available to work Monday-Friday and weekends as needed.
• Solid reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.
• Basic math skills — You’ll need to be able to follow instructions for mixing on product labels.
• Customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of client properties to identify signs of pest infestations, damage, and entry points.
• Apply pest control products safely and effectively according to regulations and labels.
• Educate customers on prevention methods and services to reduce re-infestation.
• Maintain and service equipment and vehicles; keep accurate records and follow safety procedures.
• Coordinate with customers to schedule visits and upsell where appropriate.
