Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. is seeking a Pest Control Technician to perform residential pest management. You will inspect properties, identify infestations, apply approved products, and provide preventative advice while complying with safety regulations.

You will also communicate solutions to customers and help expand services. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work Monday–Friday and occasional weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to use PPE and follow safety protocols.
• Customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect client properties for signs of pest infestations and entry points.
• Apply approved pest control products (chemicals, baits, traps) safely.
• Educate customers on pest prevention methods and future risk reduction.
• Build relationships with customers, schedule appointments, and assist with sales.
• Ensure pest control equipment is maintained and stocked.
• Comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
