Base pay range

$19.00/hr - $20.00/hr

Sign On Bonus:

• $3,000.00 for Certified Pest Control License
• $1,500.00 for non-certified

Location: St Louis, MO and Surrounding Areas

Position Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday-Friday (Limited Saturdays)

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect client homes for signs of pest activity and identify the type of infestation.
• Develop and implement pest management solutions tailored to each client’s needs.
• Apply pesticides and other pest control treatments in accordance with safety regulations.
• Educate clients on preventative measures to reduce the risk of future infestations.
• Maintain accurate service records, including treatment details and follow-up recommendations.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies while handling chemicals and equipment.
• Communicate effectively with clients and provide top-notch customer service.
• Stay updated on industry trends, pest control methods, and state regulations.
• Recommend and provide estimates for one-time treatments and continual maintenance to new and existing customers.
• Complete all scheduled customer appointments on time in accordance with all applicable Company policies and local rules and regulations.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for customers by implementing the most efficient and overall best pest solution for each customer's individual needs.
• Use all safety equipment as instructed.
• Maintain professional appearance and equipment in working order including but not limited to vehicle, uniform, application equipment, PPE, paperwork, and literature.
• Devote your full attention and time, during working hours, to the performance of your duties and responsibilities as directed by your supervisor and the Company.

Qualifications & Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills effectively through verbal, written and in person.
• Strong customer service and in-person presentation skills.
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs and be able to kneel and bend as necessary for a job.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate record keeping.
• Self-motivated and results driven.
• Valid Driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Pass a background check and drug screen.
• Pest Control experience or Pest Control License.
