Rentokil Pest Control North America is seeking a Residential Pest Control Consultant to sell industry-leading pest management services to new and existing customers. You’ll be the face of our national brand in your local community, assessing needs and delivering tailored pest control solutions to protect homes and families.

The role emphasizes customer service, sales, and collaboration with service teams, with opportunities for growth and a comprehensive benefits program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver's license from your state of residence.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills; sales experience preferred.
• Travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect homes for pests and sell pest control solutions and preventative maintenance.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians for opportunities.
• Partner with Branch Manager to identify revenue streams and develop proposals.
• Complete Home diagram using Sales CRM for clear customer understanding.
• Follow up on proposals to close sales opportunities.
• Provide expert knowledge to new service installations and ensure satisfactory completion.
• Complete daily activities and sales performance using the company Sales CRM.
