Job summary

Rentokil Pest Control is seeking a driven Sales Consultant to promote pest management services to residential customers and protect homes. You will represent the national brand locally, assess customer needs, and close sales while coordinating with service teams to ensure quality installations.

The role requires strong communication and sales skills, willingness to travel, and a customer‑focused approach. Training is provided, with benefits from day one and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Prefer at least 1-2 years of pest technician or sales experience.
• Travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory(s)

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect homes for pests and sell pest control solutions.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians for opportunities.
• Develop proposals to resolve pest issues and upsell household services.
• Complete home diagram using Sales CRM and document challenges.
• Follow up on past proposals to close sales.
• Provide expert knowledge to new service installations.
• Record daily activities and sales performance in the CRM.
