Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with residential permitting activities and permit application submissions.
• Review construction documents for completeness and accuracy prior to submission.
• Prepare and submit permit packages to various counties and municipalities.
• Track permit status through county websites and follow up as needed.
• Coordinate permit submissions and pickups with couriers.
• Apply for job-site utilities and Architectural Review Board (ARB) approvals.
• Prepare builder pre-start packages and project release notifications.
• Record Notices of Commencement.
• Organize and maintain electronic and physical project files.
• Provide administrative support to Builders and the Operations Department.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
