CertaPro Painters is seeking a proactive Residential Painting Sales Associate to join our team. You will meet with potential clients, estimate projects, and develop new business while delivering exceptional service.

This role combines sales with project coordination: conducting in‑home estimates, managing timelines, and presenting customized proposals to close leads.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• History of accomplishments and promotions.
• Prior sales experience in painting or construction preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with potential customers to understand painting needs and build lasting relationships.
• Perform 10-20 in-home estimates per week during peak season.
• Manage painting projects to ensure on-time completion and budget adherence.
• Conduct one-on-one consultations with customers to provide customized proposals.
• Be assertive in bringing in about 20% of total leads through networking and events.
• Communicate regularly with customers from lead to job completion to ensure satisfaction.
• Support production as needed and hand off to production supervisors.
