CertaPro Painters of S. Arlington/Mansfield/Ellis County is seeking a Residential Painting Sales Associate to join our Warrenton, VA team. You will meet with potential clients, manage painting projects, and develop new business while delivering exceptional service and certainty to clients.

The role offers a competitive base salary with commissions/bonuses, a company vehicle, 401(k), paid time off, and ongoing training & development to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• 2+ year degree in a related field preferred
• Prior sales experience in construction or painting preferred
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• History of accomplishments and promotions

Responsibilities

• Meet with potential customers to understand painting needs and build relationships
