Job summary

Astound is seeking a dynamic, field-based sales professional for residential direct sales in the Greater Maryland area. The role centers on door-to-door customer engagement to discuss service needs, provide quotes, and sign up new customers for Astound’s internet, WiFi, mobile, and TV solutions.

You will operate primarily in the field, with ~90% outdoor activity, and enjoy uncapped commission potential alongside a base salary.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Experience in residential outside sales or door-to-door sales is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Obtain new customers in a residential environment through face-to-face interaction with residents and property managers.
• Pursue leads provided daily.
• Explain service options and sign-up orders.
• Build Astound brand awareness through strategic interactions and campaigns.
• Review property contracts, service levels, and obligations with customers.
• Attend mandatory sales meetings and report sales statistics to management.
• Stay informed about competitor activity in the market.
• Other duties as assigned.
