Job summary

Shentel's Glo Fiber is hiring a Outside Sales Representative to engage customers at their homes and connect them with high-speed fiber internet. You will build relationships, explain options, and own your territory while working independently in the field.

Base salary plus uncapped commission and a $2,000 sign-on bonus are offered, along with a company vehicle, gas card, paid onboarding, and ongoing coaching to support your success. High performers can exceed earnings with performance-based pay.

Qualifications

• Face-to-face sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willing to travel within territory and work evenings/weekends.
