HomeTeam Pest Defense, Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to generate sales by engaging homeowners in your area. Training is provided, no prior sales experience is required, and you will work outdoors with flexibility in hours.

Responsibilities include door-to-door outreach, building relationships, explaining pest-control solutions, and completing accurate sales paperwork for field technicians. Enjoy a rewarding, people-focused environment with advancement opportunities.

• Complete sales documents accurately and completely to ensure Pest Control Techs have all the information they need to create a delightful experience for the homeowner.
• Think on your feet, stay motivated, and work independently.

• Can you work flexible hours and stay motivated, organized, and personable with all sorts of customers?

Qualifications
