Job summary

HomeTeam Pest Defense, Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in Kyle, TX. No sales experience is required; training will be provided.

You will reach homeowners in your assigned area to generate sales through door knocks, mail, and calls, while building long-term relationships and presenting our pest-control offerings clearly. Qualifications

• No sales experience required; training will be provided.
• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Reach homeowners in assigned area to generate sales via doors, mailers, and calls.
• Use patience and persistence to build long-term relationships with homeowners.
• Explain and demonstrate the benefits and prices of HomeTeam’s products and services.
• Complete sales documents accurately to assist Pest Control Techs.
• Work independently with flexibility and motivation in outdoor settings.

Responsibilities

No Sales Experience Necessary, we will train you! As a HomeTeam Inside Sales Representative, you can expect to:

• Reach out to homeowners in your assigned area to generate sales, including knocking on doors, sending mail, and making telephone calls
• Use patience and persistence to build long-term relationships with homeowners
• Confidently explain and demonstrate the benefits and prices of HomeTeam’s products and services with current and potential customers
• Complete sales documents accurately and completely to ensure Pest Control Techs have all the information they need to create a delightful experience for the homeowner
• Think on your feet, stay motivated, and work independently
• Do you like working outside and meeting new people?
• Can you work flexible hours and stay motivated, organized, and personable with all sorts of customers?
