Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of experience in IDD setting or similar environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centered care; align with Individual Support Plan (ISP).
• Supervise DSP staff; mentor, coach, and provide feedback.
• Coordinate DSP team schedules, attendance and performance.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and AbleLight policies.
